Orders Inside Continental USA

Basic S&H fees:
0 - $50.00 = $9.95
$50.01 - $100.00 = $14.95
$100.01 - $600.00 = $19.95
$600.01 - $1000.00 = 7% of Total Sale
$1000.01 and up = 5% of Total Sale

Shipping Method: We ship via UPS or USPS*. UPS is our standard delivery method but UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes... you MUST provide a valid street address for UPS delivery. However, we will ship to PO Boxes using USPS, but processing time will be increased by a few days and, if using a credit card, your PO Box shipping address MUST be the same as your credit card billing address (no shipments to 2nd party PO Boxes). We cannot provide a tracking number for USPS shipments to PO Boxes and you will be required to sign for your package when you pick it up at the Post Office. If you are active-duty US Military, your shipments are delivered by US Air Mail.

All orders must be signed-for upon delivery. UPS will not deliver without authorized signature. This policy protects the customer from theft and provides total security. However, you may waive the signature requirement when you place your order if you wish (if waived, US Wings will not be able to guarantee safe and secure delivery of your package and will not be liable for theft or security of your order upon delivery). If you choose to waive this requirement, please indicate this in the Comments box on the order form, or the Comments/Instructions box on the printable mail/fax form, or tell the operator if you place your order by phone.

*UPS and USPS are our primary carriers. You may also request shipping by Fed Ex, but there will be an additional $24 charge added to your S&H fee for Fed Ex shipping.

Important: Restricted Delivery for 2nd or 3rd Party Orders: Items ordered from US Wings for delivery to a 2nd or 3rd party (where the Ship To name/address is different from the Billing name/address of the person ordering) will be delivered via USPS. The USPS will require two positive forms of ID, including a photo driver's license (required) of the recipient.

Orders Outside Continental USA:
(Foreign, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

Shipping & Handling (S&H) charges for all orders outside the USA (except Canada) is five times (5x) USA S&H*. S&H charges for all Canadian orders is two times (2x) USA S&H. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please add $15.00 to normal shipping fee. Please use the examples below to assist you in calculating the correct S&H charges for your order...

[USA S&H charge] x 5 = S&H charge for orders outside the USA*
[USA S&H charge] x 2 = S&H charge for Canadian orders
[USA S&H charge] + $15.00 = S&H charge for Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico orders

*Note: Some foreign shipping addresses may fall in a postal zone which would be above our normal international fees and may be subject to an additional fee. If there is a question concerning shipping fees, please email or call us at US Wings. We ship UPS or USPS.

Active-Duty US Military: Orders from active-duty US Military personnel, shipped to APO and FPO addresses, foreign- or domestic-based, is FREE (free standard delivery; Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping is extra. Visit our US Military Orders page for full details).

Note on Duty Fees: some countries may also charge a duty fee, which is payable upon delivery of item. US Wings does not set, nor does it have any control over, duty fees (duty fees not applicable to active-duty US Military orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses).

Note on Shipping Times: Generally, orders for in-stock items will be shipped in 1-2 business day after your order is received. All other items will ship from our warehouse in 3-5 business days.

Ground: Example: for in-stock item(s): 1-2 business days for order processing + 3-5 business days (does NOT include weekends) shipping time = 4-7 business days total delivery time.
Second Day Air: Fee: add an additional $30.00 to regular S&H charges. Example: for in-stock item(s): 1-2 business days for order processing + 2 business days (does NOT include weekends) shipping time = 3-4 business days total delivery time.
Next Day Air: Fee: add an additional $60.00 to regular S&H charges. Example: for in-stock item(s): 1-2 business days for order processing + 1 business day (does NOT include weekends) shipping time = 2-3 business days total delivery time.
